Visa Details
- The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 06 months from the date of entry into Malaysia.
- Confirm Return Air Ticket.
- Scanned Copy of Passport (Soft Copy).
- Scanned Copy of Photograph (Soft Copy).
- Last 6 months Bank statement with stamp & signature.
Notes
- Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her self.
- If Gala dinner on selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotel’s policy.
PAYMENT POLICY
- 40% booking amount of ground package cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
- 75% amount of ground cost (excluding flight cost) after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
- Full payment is required before 10 days of the travel date.
- If the package is booked within 10 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
- * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
